Product Design

    • The development process commences with meticulous product design encompassing aspects such as aesthetics, functionality, and material selection. Our design team collaborates closely with clients to transform concepts into initial design sketches, defining clear product objectives. Our extensive design and engineering services include: Prototype, lab and testing capabilities (within the scope of QS-9000 and IATF-16949) CAD: CATIA V5, V.G., NX, IDEAS CAE: Structural Analysis, Blue Ridge CF Design, Moldflow, Mold Advisor Part and mold filling analysis using Autodesk Moldflow Mold Adviser version 2011

Product Prototype Validation

  • To ensure the feasibility of the design, we create prototypes for validation. This may involve the use of 3D printing or CNC machining techniques to manufacture prototypes for review and testing before actual production.

  • Once the design is finalized, we proceed with mold design. In some cases, a Design For Manufacturing Analysis (DFM) is conducted to ensure optimal manufacturability. Mold design includes the selection of mold materials and the application of high-speed CNC machining techniques.

Mold Manufacturing

    • We carefully select mold materials and utilize high-speed CNC machining techniques for mold manufacturing. We adhere to the concepts of ET (Engineering Trial), PT (Production Trial), and SOP (Start of Production) to ensure a smooth production process.

Product Testing

  • Our in-house laboratory, in collaboration with third-party labs, conducts DVP (Design Validation Plan) and ELV (End of Life Vehicles) tests, providing detailed test reports. The production of inspection tools is employed for precise dimensional inspections.

PPAP Standardized Management

  • We employ PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) standardized management to ensure product reliability and consistency. PPAP is a quality inspection process typically used in the automotive industry. The method is used to verify that a production process can reliably produce a quality part repeatedly. There are 18 components to a PPAP inspection that range from customer approval to sample part production.
